Crashes and Not Letting Me Reconnect

When I'm playing a game, the league client crashes and kick me out of the game. When I log back in to get back to the game, it said that I'm still in the game and not allowing me to reconnect. I already got a warning from this happening to me the other day and now this is the second time. I'm probably get a banned and this is seriously pissing me off. Fix this shit.
