[CLIENT] Selecting champion you don't have access to counts as a dodge.

The free champion selection rotated while I was playing a match. When I went into champion select for the next match it still showed the old rotation. Even though I tried to select a champion the client said that I failed to select a champion and I got punished for dodging the queue.

I don't believe you have to be in a match to have this bug occur. It'll happen if you haven't restarted your client since the rotation.
