I can't kill the process of the game because...?

This is complete bullshit: if I am the owner of the machine the game is running on, then I have every right to close the program whenever I please, without having to switch off my computer.

This is a disgusting bug that needs to be fixed.

Pretty sure that's not a bug, and something is wrong with the permissions on your computer.

Yeah, what he said. Riot can't actually meddle with the permissions with their program. I'm pretty NO program has that kind of ability unless it's a virus.
