IP Boost doesn't appear on account profile

I bought an IP boost to flesh out my rune pages, but the boost doesn't appear on my profile. I've tried re logging and closing all LoL processes. (isn't there a cache/directory I can delete?) Haven't tried playing a game yet, will update post in a bit.

EDIT: IP boost does show in the end game summary.
