Talisman of Ascension is broken for ARAM

Talisman requires a Raptor Cloak + Nomad's Medallion to build, but Raptor Cloak isn't able to be built in ARAM.

You can build the Chain Vest and the Rejuv Bead but, even with enough gold, you cannot build a Raptor Cloak. It's visibly greyed out and, no, I don't have either of Relic Shield or Spellthief's Edge pieces purchased.

This is probably not intended and should probably be fixed in some way.
