Cant purchase RP

I have purchase RP many times from the store however this time it doesent seem to work. Whenever i click on the buy RP in the shop it takes me to the credit cards i enter my credit card as normal it loads and after a short wait it eitrher tells me (ERROR with purchase) or (exceeded number of tries try in 24 hours) so i waited 24 hours and rentered it however still doesent work. and just btw i added money onto my credit card i even checked if its there, it just plainly doesent work.
