Cannot Remake Bug

During the game I've posted, we had our Lee Sin was afk since the loading screen. He was at 0% the whole time and never actually connected into the game. During 3 mins, we never gotten a remake alert and when we tried to remake, it says we need an teammate to be afk to remake. Lee Sin was clearly afk, and even if he wasn't the LeaverBuster should kick him out in the future for staying still too long but that also never happened.

Riot, please look into this as I'm sure this isn't the first time it has happened. Thank you.
