Magical Footwear Spawns incorrectly when resetting Practice Tool (Ctrl+Shift+P)

When using the "Practice Tool" and with the Inspiration Rune "Magical Footwear" ~ if you choose to reset the game (Ctrl+Shift+P), then the Magical Footwear will still spawn in the inventory at 10 minutes from the original start of the game.
