GAMEPLAY wooglets witchcap additional ap does not work

On the map Twisted treeline the item wooglet witchcap has an uniqe passive that should give 25% extra ap from your current ap but this feature does not show when you check the item but the items does acctuly give you the extra ap

1.play twisted treeline 2.buy wooglets witchcap 3. hover above the item and it will show you (0) % ap
