Unable to Remake

Had a ranked game where the support Zilean wasn't able to join the game until everyone was level 12. Apparently, his client crashed when the game was loading in, and it became corrupted. He was eventually able to reconnect, but we were never able to remake, despite having no deaths and Zilean having never joined. We tried to remake, but it said we weren't allowed to.
