Game client keeps having an error, and wont download the game

Upon a fresh install of the game, the client keeps running into an unknown error, and failing to download. It happens at different percentages, and nothing I do from previous patches that had this issue have worked. While seeing only patches have the same issue, I haven't seen any posts about this issue with the new client.
