[Gameplay] Soraka's Root doesn't work after Jinx's Root

Played a game where Jinx placed those 3 mechanical bots and it rooted their Jarvan, I placed my E on him and just as Jinx's root was about to wear off, mine triggered and didn't root him, even though it said "rooted" above his champion.
