Blurry Victory/Defeat screen

I was directed by Player support to post this here because they don't handle the design of the game, but the issue is with the Victory/Defeat screen at the end of the game. i see that it looks fine in Videos on YouTube but in my all of my games everyone has noticed that it is very blurry or pixelated. Has anyone else noticed this? Is anyone aware of this? Just thought that maybe someone could take a look at it as everything else looks great and then you get this kind of poor low quality victory/defeat screen at the end.
