[GAMEPLAY] Masteries Taunt unlocked but not working?!??!

I have gotten lvl 5 mastery for TF and lvl 4 for Vayne , but everytime I press_ ctrl + 6 _to use the new masteries taunt it says the emoji has not been unlocked. This did not happen for me before the patch and I could use the taunt fine before. I have tested on both TF and Vayne in normal and custom games with no success. If there is a solution please advise!!! Thanks :)
