SR/ARAM Neeko HP display issues

In SR/ARAM games when you are playing against a Neeko (not with her on a team), at times after she shape shifts into something else and turns back, her HP is stuck at permanently 100% HP and Mana. This is not visible in a replay or for the player or the friendly team, only on enemy team. It is sometimes solved with her shape-shifting at times, but it isn't always a solution.

I have been spotted as a permanently stuck level 1 Neeko with full HP in a custom game with friends while I was shown as level 13 with 30% for allies. And have spotted a 100% HP stuck Neeko on enemy team today in ARAM. She would be just one shot at times since we couldn't see her health and it was very weird.

There is something very wrong with the display involved with the shape shifting.
