Azir's soliders and on-hit effect.

It's is not bug, but I think it is stupid that basic attacks from Azir's soliders does not apply on-hit effect, but when his soliders hit enemy champion, enemy minions start focusing Azir. In early game it is really annoying. Hope you will do something about it.

No, that's how it is intended. They aren't auto attacks at all, they are spells (AoE ones, to be precise. They still proc abilities that work off spell damage, such as Rylai's or Liandry's.). Also, what else would minions aggro to when your Soldiers hit an enemy champ? They are not targetable.

Well, then minions should focus Annie when Tibbers hits enemy, or every other mage when he uses spell on enemy. That's Azir spell, having soliders to attack for him. That's my point.

the soldiers work as azirs auto attack, and without minion aggro it makes the soldiers too oppresive in lane, as azir can openly harass and farm in lane from any point without having to worry about minion aggro

I understand that, but then there is no logic if it is a spell. And they nerfed him hard already.

the lane dominance from free harass is just too strong, and despite his nerfs (the only nerf i felt was unwarranted was the e nerf) azir is still a strong champion. It's a matter of balance and azir doesn't need that kind of buff, if anything he needs more utility on his e again or numbers shifting.
