This aint right

So im waiting to load into a ranked game and my client decides to crash, so I'm repeatedly trying to reconnect to the game but am unable to. After the game is remade im given a 20 minute timer for ¨AFKing in too many games¨ which I find completely unfair due to the fact that the game did not let me connect to the game in the first place. (throughout the entire ordeal my internet connection was at a constant 69 ms so I know my WiFi did not cut out) is there any way of removing this timer because I don't feel like wasting an hour of my life waiting for low priority queue when I wasn'teven the cause of disconnecting from the game.
