Rune issues

Anyone else experience the rune combiner broken? It's stuck saying "Melting your runes to form a reward...." and is stuck there.. As soon as I had clicked the combine button, a pop up said something to the effect of "Unable to save runes" I've tried leaving the profile tab and going back in... Shows that my runes are still combining, yet on the side where I would select the runes I want to sacrifice, I have 3 out of 5 runes that I had used... I didn't spend a lot of IP point but it makes me concerned about using it in the future. Any thoughts?
