Champion Mastery Issue, Hey Riot did you notice that the numbers repeat?

The first 4 rows are displayed correctly. All other rows repeat the first 4 rows in the same pattern. Depending on how the champions are sorted, the pattern of the first 4 rows changes.

And while you're at it, could you please put a padding-up (don't know how to describe it otherwise) in there so the icons in the upper right corner, for the first line, are completely displayed?
