LeaverBuster Bug

Me and my friends were gonna do a ranked, which my client had crashed constantly due to bugsplat, and when the queue timer got finished, it instantly started up another 20 minutes right away, without anyone leaving the low priority queue. (This was a leaver buster queue timer).

So I would really appreciate an explanation of this. This is the first time happening to me, and I don't think it'd be fair that I have to wait 2 queue timers and have it count as one before I get in a game due to bugsplat not allowing me to join a game. Please help, and thank you.
