So I just got scammed lol?

I buy 20$ of rp and planned on gifting my alt account some random skins for fun. Keep in my alt account is currently suspended When tried gifting a random 490 skin it said an unknown error has occurred. I gifted another alt account, not suspended it went through. Ok, I tried gifting my suspended account a 790 skin. It took my rp and didnt gift the skin to my suspended account. What kind of horse shit is this? I spent 20$ and got scammed of 1520 rp lol!!!!!!!!!

I made sure to check if my suspended account actually got the skins, they hadn't. can an employee look into this? Check my gifting and purchase history lol!
