[GAMEPLAY] Thresh Relic Shield NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!
I have been playing support for quite some time. However it has been a frustrating endeavour when I have been playing a certain Champion because items don't work properly.
I have had issues with Thresh and the Relic shield build. (Targon's brace etc...) 
The item does not correctly execute minions on less than XXX HP. Due to Thresh's passive build up of Flay in does not work with the item, often ending in only a hit with flay buff, it will not kill the minion even though it is below the required health threshold to be executed.
Example in lane : + Flay passive stacked
=> attack minion with less that 200 HP
=> only melee attack + flay passive damage is done and minion is not executed when it should be.
=> Will only do (ex. 72) AD + 80% AD (flay) damage, not execute the minion.
- Relic Shield item Path execute is bugged on thresh and does not execute every time the passive is up on the item.
- Please fix this so the passive of Flay does not interfere with Relic Shield/Targon's Brace etc...
- I have only noticed this bug with Thresh because of the passive on Flay however it may be occurring on other champions with similar abilities.
Please fix riot, it makes for a very frustrating game when you try to last hit and neither you or ADC gets the gold because the item did not work
