Chroma ip sales (EUNE)

So I don't know if every server has this problem, but on EUNE only few chromas are on sale, not all of them like it should be. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/chroma-ip-sales-32217-4517 here it says arcade mf will be on ip sale too, but its not, along with many other chromas. here's a proof http://imgur.com/a/dq6hg here we can see that mecha maplhite chromas are on ip sale, but Mf's and teemo's are not. I'm writing this because my friend accidentaly bought 2 chromas for rp. Is this a bug or intended ?
