Ryze being able to Teleport while being unable to cast Spells (Zhonyas)

Just noticed a Ryze playing Zhonyas and using his ult to TP away, which is kinda bs since Zhonyas says ''makes the user unable to a spell'' and Ryze ult ''The Gateway is canceld when Ryze is unable to cast a spell''. Rito fix plz
