Leaver Buster Gone Mad

Leaver buster recently decided to troll , I was in a lobby with my friends discussing the lanes then suddenly the game crashed... a few moments later i reopened the game to find that leaver buster gave me 20 mins punishment for "Leaving Too much (GAMES)" for 5 games...although i wasn't even in a game... i was shocked and double checked and tried to join a queue and it placed me in a low priority queue for 20 mins... Please Riot fix this error...
