NEED HELP THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE

i have never had a single fps problem on literally anything ever and all of a sudden only on league the game will randomly bounce between 200 fps and 30 fps or lower for no reason i can find i have tried everything

try switching from borderless to full screen

Are other games doing this? If so, it could be a hardware or software issue

100% only league absolutely no other game

Leeg for quite some time now has had FPS dips. This has happened on different hardware, and on different ISP. I have began to notice them occurring at sertin times/events- first wave minions spawning, towers falling, champs dying, inhibitors respawing, buying items, ect. In other words, most anytime there is change on the rift.

I have a feeling it's either:

A: Poor servers B: Slow/Sluggish Computer system C: Poor Internet connection

Poor Internet should be self evident, or at least easy to diagnose. A slow computer should effect more that one program. If its poor servers, only the **_SINGLE _**game should be effected.
