6.22 Main Client Bugs

Ever since the 6.22 patch iv been experiencing problems with my client that has impaired my ability to play the game. In champ select i have to mash the lock in button about 13 times because it doesn't register my action. it makes the sound and disappears but it still says i didn't accept the afk check. (its not my mouse because i bought 2 new mouses since the patch and i experience the same problem every time. When i do get in champ select i have to spam my bans and champ select because it will disconnect me from that as well. it isn't registering me actions in game as well when i try to move or use abilities. I played a whole game of thresh in the bot lane and i couldn't use my q in quick succession or move. I click and things do not happen. (it isn't my ping cuz the ms is at 50 constantly ). I tried uninstalling the game as a last resort but that wasn't any help because i experienced the same problem playing syndra in mid. Im not expecting and immediate fix but i would like some help so i can play with my fiends again. (i also downloaded the alpha to play on that but it was also buggy) please help.
