Purejoyce1 votesDoes it reset the health when you charm it in the 'middle of the fight'? (as in when you don't start with the charm) The same thing happens with volibear's E fear -when you START with it and then keep hitting the jungle monster, it will keep healing up. But when you use E in the middle of a fight, the health won't start restoring.
Baitwaster1 votesNo, it doesn't happen like that, but I wouldn't consider that to be okay on its own. At one point, they had it working correctly after they patched it, but the monsters started doing this again around 8.3.
