Screen Clitch (Mac-new sr)

On my last game, the screen would not move away from the red spawn where i spawned. Nothing on the keyboard worked except typing after clicking 'enter' so trying to lock the screen on my champion with 'y' did not work. The mouse would not allow me to move the screen at all from the upper corner. This was a one time thing for now, but I will post again if it is reoccurring for me. Is anyone else having this issue?
