[Gameplay] Shaco R doesn't move you 200 range as stated in 9.10 patch notes

In https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-910-notes#patch-champions Shaco R is stated to move you 200 units towards cursor. I found this hard to believe when looking at gameplay footage so I went into practice tool. R'ing 8 times in a single direction should bring me 1600 units away, which is 4 flashes worth (400 units per flash). However, it only brings me 3 flashes worth of units away (1200). So Shaco R is actually only moving me 150 units instead of 200. Honestly, I don't want him to get buffed because I hate him as a champ, so just clarify in new patch notes that his ult moves you 150 units.
