New Swain Passive not processing on A-click

I've used A-click as a means to right-click for a while now, but Swains passive doesn't work when you try to A-click. Since A-click works on blastcones (if you click directly on the blastcone) do you think you could make it so Swains passive works if you A-click directly on the enemy champion?

If this is desired functionality (only processed by right-click) I'd like to know as well. I'll try to adjust my playstyle.
