S rank, no chest , 4 available, never earned chest before on champ.

I played soraka for like the first time and got an S, Never have i earned a chest from my own s or a teammates before as I checked. I did not receive a chest nor does it show that I earned an S. Rather it says grade earned N/A . I would like my chest plz lol
