Lux E stopped being usable in game

I was playing a rank game as star Guardian Lux mid and few seconds in game when I use my E it stopped working.I tried to disconnect and reconnect and it still shows that I cannot use E at the moment. my Q W R work beside my E ! I cannot believe this happened when I was playing a ranked game!!!!

I've seen this, I think it happens if you die while trying to detonate your E. Like it detonates and you die at the same second, and it doesn't register that it actually blew up. So you just can't cast it anymore glhf.
