Dragon master swain has serious bug

Hello, i'm Korean swain user, and I come here to report 'Dragon master Swain' skin's voice bug. 3 weeks ago, I selected dragon master swain and played it. As soon as start the game, I knew something is wrong. Dragon master swain's voice filter isn't working. Dragon master swain's voice is more attractive and intense than basic skin's. So, I love this skin and used it frequently. But now, only basic skin's voice filter is working in this skin. I think this it is serious bug. I had question in Korea homepage, but anything isn't change. So I submit this bug report to North America homepage. I hope that riot fix this bug as soon as possible. Thank you.
