Cant get into the game after champ select

Everything runs fine up until the champ select is over and then the game stops responding. After I use task manager and close it out and log back in it takes a bit but it usually will load up after. The game plays perfectly fine after i am in too. Am i the only one with this problem i couldn't find anything online that fixed it.

Edit: Forgot to mention that when i uninstall and then reinstall the game it works fine until the next day
