Orianna Ball Bug, Happening Again! D: [Gameplay]

So remember when you use to throw your ball on your teammates as and when they died the ball disappeared and you'd have an extra indicator and stuff. Well that happened to me during this game, This glitch/bug was patched not too long ago, but yea it happened again but this time my ball was invisible when it came to me, when the enemy team seen me without my ball they thought it was okay to dive, i ult'd them too hard xD.

So the bug is throwing your ball onto an ally, I think my ally died fast while the ball was still traveling to them thats why it happened? All I know is they died and my ball went invisble.
