nope the chances of getting keys go's down the more you play or something

It resets every month or so. so you just have to wait till its reset for you.

Riot has made this intended because they don't want people farming keys forever. I am unsure on what the percent rate drops are, but they do go down every game you get a key fragment. After a month of playing since the first day you got a key, from they next month, (same day), Your drop rate of key fragments reset.
