Problem with accepting matches

Hey Riot,

When I'm in a qeue and am trying to load my highlights, I've been having an occasional problem. If the Accept button tries to come up right as the highlights load, it immediately disappears and says I've declined Ready Check. I did not press any button, it just automatically does it. And the last time it happened, the sound that plays while the "Accept Match" timer runs down was playing nonstop no matter what i was doing on my client. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I figured it was worth mentioning. Thanks :)
