Game Crashes After Champ Selection?! HELP!

I have retried over and over again but can not seem to get it to work! Any thing I am missing? After Champion selection it'll just disappear and i have to restart It will also say that I leave the game.

i have a similar problem. the game logs me out and gives me a time ban for leaving.
