In game sound issue?

So I have been getting these INSANELY weird electronic whining and low pitched popping noises coming from my speakers for the past few months whenerv I load into any mode of game (including customs). it does NOT happen with headphones so I was wondering if there was something wrong.

I have Rokit 5 Monitors (aka: studio speakers) and they worked fine up until quite a few patches ago. My soundcard is is the default Realtek ones.

I would love to get some help on this, as I do miss being able to use my speaker monitors for league :(
