Timed Ban on a friend for absolutely nothing.

A friend of mine keeps getting timed bans on his account. He is new to the game and is very unhappy with it. He mostly plays bot games or custom games with his girlfriend. But I just played a premade 5man coop game with him. His GF dc'd due to computer issues but he had a 5 min ban that changned to a 20 min ban but he didnt disconnect at all. Please help. His summoner name is MillerMG3 and he is a lvl7 that is kinda unhappy.

Just found out his GF also got a ban for having PC issues on the same premade bot game. No wait time...no delayed que...then went straight to 20min delay. WolvesPup

The system doesn't make false positives in this regard; either the player is afk/disconnected or they are not. I recommend your friend post for himself, and he can submit a Support Ticket and ask them about it.
