Problem's with ranked...

My friend as recently been playing ranked, and climbing pretty quickly. The problem... wins v losses. Whenever he wins a game, he gains 12-14 LP, while a losses deducts 20-25 LP from him. I am wondering why this happens and how it can be fixed. Thanks!

All about that MMR, friend. Losing more LP than you gain is a sign that the system doesn't think you are where you belong. In this case, the game thinks he should be lower.
