i've built it on Illaoi before. giving her tentacles an AOE slow combined with the slow you would get from her W. was funny

I know his Q doesn't apply spell effects, I'm not sure, but I don't believe his ghouls do either.

His Q is still an AA, so it won't apply spell effects. Summons can go either way and are usually more about balance than theme.

thats strange cause item 3116 applies on Malzahar voidlings, should be the same for him
