Frozen Champ Select Bug

I recently queue'd into champ select and was waiting to choose my champion. I'm waiting as last pick while I notice that the enemy miss fortune has been stuck on 0 seconds for a while. By the time it is my turn to select a champion I am suddenly on 0 seconds left and then it counts as a dodge, now I am locked out of queue for 6 minutes. At least back in the day when stupid stuff like this happened I wouldn't be locked from queue unless it happened like 5 times in a row. Please look into this, thanks riot :)
