When is this bug going to be fixed?

On aatrox with sated devourer there is a bug where his w with go on every 3erd hit when it is supost to be every second or sometimes not work at all. this is both a pain in teamfight without having that extra damage or the heal in fights. Its really hard to play aatrox when one of his main abilities is not working. Please Rito fix this bug.
