TFT bug

Get stuck on the field where you pick the very first champ. The graphics move and the store changes and I can see the little time limit of the round but I don't move from the first field, cant do anything with my champs or items I may or may not have won from the minions. The only way to get it back to normal is by restarting EVERY time I try to play TFT. I hope this is just a bug due to an update that can be fixed and not something wrong with my laptop. If it is a bug, I hope it is fixed soon.
