Bugged sejuani W

I just finished a ranked match where after about 10 minutes into the game my W on sejuani would no longer trigger, Instead, it would just reset to cooldown without the animation, initial damage, or damage per second, it costed no mana and was completely a waste of a spell and was entirely bugged out. I restarted my client mid game, and even switch my key bindings, and tried resetting everything to default, nothing worked. It's pretty aggravating because that ended an easy game with a loss, that was not prevented.
