Multiple Client Issues

The image is the newest in a long list of issues. Trying to play some team builder when pvp.net disconnects immediately and either kicks me from the game, or doesn't let me pick a champ because of some server issue. This problem is new, however all my other issues have been happening since the last patch.

I am constantly disconnected and reconnected from pvp.net. My game client crashes randomly. My client crashes when i finish games. I have been disconnected right as a game starts. I have had trouble contacting the server upon login and getting a notification saying as much after 3 tries.

This is getting rather frustrating...
