[Client] joined game won't let me into the loading screen
i recently joined a game and got through champion select but right after when getting into the loading screen it won't allow me to even see the loading screen. anyone else having this issue.

We started a custom game to see if we could recreate the issue, and we did. We made a video and will upload/link it soon.

Avast detected the LolLauncher and LeagueOfLegends as viruses. You need to go to your virus chest and add it to exclusions. I did that and now it actually works.
How to restore files:
Right click the avast icon in your tray and open avast user interface Click on statistics Component status Virus Chest Right click LeagueOfLegends.exe and LoLLauncher.exe and click restore and add to exclusions
It wont let me go in the loading screen and I am waiting fr the past 20 minutes. you need to fix this. you cost me a rank game
My current game crashed and won't let me reconnect. No bugsplat, the loading screen just never came up. I have already played a few games today and nothing was changed. I have tried reconnecting and resetting client multiple times and nothing happens. The loading screen just doesn't come up. On top of this being unfair to my team because they have no jungle now, but I'm going to get a leaver mark. I have never left a game on my own accord. Aside from uncontrollable happening like server crashes or power outages I have a perfect record with not leaving games.
(just made a fraps of clicking the reconnect and nothing happen if riot would be interested in seeing what is happening)
UPDATE i just had to agree to "not leave a game again" so i got punished because your server has problems....

Changed a few things restarted my computer and made sure only essential programs were running still had the same problem. I have played 3 or 4 games prior to this happening and i havent changed anything. I feel if i am to be punished this is a huge lapse in judgement.
I got it to work after adding lol.launcher.admin and lol.launcher from c:Riot Games under the league of legends file to the list of allowed apps in Fire wall.
Step 1: Go to System and Security (Under Control Panel) Step 2: Find windows firewall and click on the blue link for Allow an app through Windows Firewall Step 3: A window will pop up. Click Change Settings Step 4: click Allow Another App Step 5: Another window pops up called Add an app. Click browse. Step 6: Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends and select Lol.launcher.admin and lol.launcher Step 7: Restart client

So the Avast thing fixed my problem, but customer support won't do anything about Leaverbuster. I don't like it one bit. I do my best to never walk away from a game, no matter how bad things get. Unfortunately this week someone tripped the power nearby while I was in game and this Avast crap today (as well as a few bad connection attempts earlier causing me to enter a game late...possibly caused by same situation). So of course I get a queue priority reduction for five games. Punished for trying my best to be a team player and not going afk like the trolls that Leaverbuster is supposed to stop. Not happy with this implementation RIOT. Please revisit and have a community discussion regarding the matter.
Same thing happened to me. Apparently I just got leave busted too since the game is over now.
Same, Im currently in a ranked game. Please, if anyone from Riot sees this, would you be kind enough to give me/us loss prevention?
Now at patch 6.18 problem persists for players will Riot ever fix the spaghetti code.

I had no idea how to fix this. What the heck is Avast? I was playing a few hours ago and now my in game screen won't work.
I sent in a request...hopefully someone in office is monitoring this crap!
I had this same issue, and it made me do the whole 'I will not abandon another game' thing because it thought I left. >.>
This is becoming increasingly annoying. I really, really hope that Riot will show some attention to this issue and not punish those of us with the loading screen issue.
I've tried to remove it from the virus chest, but now my PvP.net isn't working either.

i have that and this ruins my perfect score of no leaves, got a leave buster and its annoying after all i did was wanna do a game now my team has no jng and its probs 5v4 ive never had this problem hope riot fixes it

Im fawking tired of this whole entire game always taking forever to load or doesnt even load like at all. Fix this whole entire game bug or just delete the whole gaming system for league of legends.

i started a ranked match and for the past 12 minutes ive still had the client open with it showing "Game still in progress" but doesnt give an option to join back into game
i know this is an old thread but this keeps happening to me. i got so many leaver busters because or this and even got deranked from it. it just happened to me 30 min ago and i dont know how to fix it.
been trying to play practice mode on the PBE for a while now, but it never gets passed the loading screen before you get in to the game. It just won't let me past. Anyone got anything to help with this?

Does every computer have avast because i cant seem to find avast in my computer and can someone help. My League wont let me go ingame when i get to loading screen its black and then something pops up saying that i have a firewall blocking it but im using a vpn is it possible to be blocked using a vpn. It also won long into chat it just says logging in to chat or cannot log in HELP PLEASE.

I can't get into a game, when I've selected player and into suppose to go to the loading screen then it's just black and see connection to the servers is not avlible but I know it's not my connection cause I just played Cs go before
are you running Windows 10? then its not compitable. try to run it With Windows 8! I had the same issue...
I am having the same problem on my mac, I can log in and join a game, but when count down timer ends and you should see the lol symbol and everyones champions plus ping and loading percentage, it just goes blank. Can't get anything to fix might have to just give up league. :(

It said the estimated time was 2:03 but I waited for 10 whole freakin minutes. Dont put the estimated time if it isnt going to do anything. I tried re launching it. Clicking a game every combination still no game found. what the hell is this
I've had this start happening regularly. I'm about 2 more bronze v games with extending queue penalties away from selling my account. I'm so fucking tired of this garbage. Avast fix does not work, client repair did not work, I clean installed, I've rebooted. Client REFUSES to let me join my ranked game. Fucking garbage.
