I never received any champion chest in this game, I went to the champion page/profile, it shows that I already received the champion chest, but it's not shown in the loot and crafting inventory... does anyone have the same problems?
keep in mind, u can only win 1 chest per champion for the entire year. maybe even beyond that. its also possible you reached your limit of the number of chest to can unlock for the moment. their is a page on ur profile that will tell you when the next time you can unlock a chest will be.
either way, it would be helpful if you provided more information, screen shot etc.
